Reservations
RED Steakhouse accepts reservations by calling 605-624-0079.
Reservation Policies
Reservations are not confirmed or guaranteed until you receive a personal reply by phone. We make all attempts to reply promptly to all reservation requests.
Reservations for specific tables are accepted; however, RED Steakhouse reserves the right to modify specific seating assignments/requests to best serve all our guest and staffing needs.
Groups of 8 or more will have 20% gratuity automatically added to the final check. This also applies to split or individual checks for groups of this size.
Promptly communicating reservation cancellations or changes is appreciated.
Standard reservations will be held for 15 minutes after your scheduled time. After 15 minutes your table may be released. We will make all attempts to accommodate your group in a timely manner if you arrive later than 15 minutes from your scheduled reservation time.
The Vault is a private, well-appointed room located in the lower level at RED Steakhouse, and can accommodate up to 32 guests for a plate service meal and up to 40 guests for cocktail type receptions or wine tasting events. We offer the use of our 52” flat panel TV for presentations, using a HDMI connection, at no charge for any Vault event.
Due to the special private nature of The Vault, bookings are based on the following package options:

Select up to five of any of our regular lunch menu items for $20 per person
Package options for dinner:
All entrees are to be selected from our full dinner menu and will be paired with the perfect accompaniments by our chef. Custom entrees are available by request; additional charges may apply.
Prices include non-alcoholic beverages (excluding espresso type beverages). You may order alcoholic beverages and other food menu items at our a la carte pricing in addition to the base price. State tax (7%) and gratuity (20%) will be added to all food and beverage charges.
We require that a minimum level of a base ticket is achieved for use of the Vault for private events. These minimums are based on sales before tax and gratuity is applied. This allows for a 3 hour window of time for your event. Additional hours can be arranged if needed; additional fees may apply.
Lunch Events: (11:00 am to 5:00 pm) Monday through Thursday the minimum base ticket is $400, Friday and Saturday the minimum is $600. Dinner Events: (5:00 pm to 10:00 pm) Monday through Thursday the minimum base ticket is $600, Friday and Saturday the minimum is $1000.
Any unmet ticket minimums will be applied to your final bill and are taxable; however, gratuity is not applied to unmet ticket minimums.
Included with all Vault bookings is a special custom printed menu. Please inform us if a specific title is desired on your menu header.
We ask for a guaranteed number in attendance 72 hours in advance of your event. If this guarantee is not received you will be billed for the original determined number in attendance. Any additional guests in attendance will be billed accordingly.
Vault events are billed as one single bill and split checks are not available.
A reservation deposit of 20% of your estimated billing is required 14 days in advance of your event, and will be applied to your final bill. Cancellations within 48 hours of your event will forfeit your deposit. Payment at the conclusion of your event is required unless other arrangements are pre-authorized through our accounting department.
RED Steakhouse reserves the right to change any policies at any time without notice.
